Sunday Slate: NFL Week 8 Preview for November 1
Sunday Slate: NFL Week 8 for November 1
Twelve NFL games fill Sunday, November 1, from the 1 p.m. ET early window through Sunday Night Football at 8:20 p.m. ET. The headliner is the undefeated Minnesota Vikings, 6-0, traveling to face the 4-2 Detroit Lions in a divisional game that will say a lot about the NFC North. The early window also brings Baltimore, 4-3, at Buffalo, 5-1, and a pair of 5-2 AFC North rivals in Cleveland at Pittsburgh.
The late window stays strong. Kansas City, 5-1, visits Denver, 5-2, in a divisional clash with real playoff implications, and the winless-in-spirit story continues with the 0-6 Los Angeles Chargers visiting the 2-4 Los Angeles Rams in a battle for Los Angeles. Sunday Night Football closes the day with Philadelphia, 2-5, at Washington, 1-4-1, on NBC.
